ZUCCHINI BREAD 
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking sodas
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves

Sift together dry ingredients, set aside. Blend together first 5 ingredients, add to dry ingredients. Pour into 1 large bread pan or 2 small ones, greased and floured. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 30 to 45 minutes. Test with a toothpick until it comes out clean.
