3 c. cooked chicken
1 to 2 sm. cans mushrooms
1 pt. sour cream
1 sm. pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup (do not add water)

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
