BANANA CRUNCH CAKE 
TOPPING:

5 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. pecans or almonds
1 c. oatmeal
Frosting mix

CAKE:

r eggs
2 bananas, mashed
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. yellow cake mix

Mix above ingredients. Place 1/3 of batter in a tube or bundt pan. Cover with 1/3 of topping mix. Do this 3 times until all of batter and filling are used.

Grease and flour pan, bake at 350 degrees, 50 to 60 minutes. Cool upright 15 minutes, before removing from pan. Put whipped cream around sides of cake if desired.
