NORWEGIAN MEATBALLS FOR 40 
2 lb. lean pork
2 lb. lean ground beef
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. cracker or bread crumbs
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. mace
2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 c. cream

Mix and form into balls. Brown in hot butter. Place in heavy pot. Add a little bouillon, let steam. Thicken bouillon for gravy.
