GREEN PEPPER DIP 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. white vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion (optional)

Boil and cook butter, vinegar and sugar. With a mixer, whip cream cheese and above 3 ingredients until smooth. Add green pepper and onion to taste. Serve with chips, vegetables, etc.
