SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
2 c. celery, chopped
1 lg. onion, diced
1/2 med. green pepper, diced
2 pkg. dehydrated chicken noodle soup mix
3 c. boiling water
1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice
1 sm. can pimento
1 can bamboo shoots or water chestnuts

Brown crumbled sausage, remove from pan. Put celery, onion, and green pepper in drippings, saute. Boil soup mix, water and rice for 10 minutes. Add sausage and vegetables. Put in casserole dish. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
