SCALLOPED POTATOES AND HAM 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
6 c. potatoes
1 c. ham

Stir together milk, butter and flour. Bring to a boil. Add potatoes and ham; boil again. Place in casserole and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until potatoes are done. Do not cover.
