GREEN PEA CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. (10 oz.) frozen peas, cooked
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. green pepper
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. water chestnuts, drained & sliced
1 can mushrooms & pieces
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
Cheese crackers or bread crumbs

Cook onions, green pepper and celery slowly in butter. Add peas and rest of ingredients. Pour in greased casserole. Top with crushed cheese crackers or bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
