GREEK CHICKEN 
Juice of 2 lemons
1 tbsp. oregano
1/2 c. minced parsley
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
Oil
1 cut chicken

Preheat broiler to medium or 350 degrees.

Mix juice, oregano, parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken and toss. Marinate at least 1 hour.

Lightly oil pan. Broil chicken for 25 minutes basting occasionally with juice.

Turn pieces and spoon remaining juice over the chicken. Broil 25 minutes until crispy and golden. Can be cooked on a grill with pan in the middle and coals on either side.
