CREOLE FLOUNDER 
1 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. salad oil
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. coarse ground pepper
4 drops Tabasco sauce

Combine all ingredients and pour over any kind of fish. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 500 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
