PRINCESS CHARLOTTE 
1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. plain gelatin
1/4 c. water
1/2 pt. whipping cream
3/4 c. chopped nuts
Berries; loganberries, raspberries or other
Vanilla or almond flavoring

Add gelatin, which has been softened in the 1/4 cup of water to the pudding, which you have prepared using the 1 1/2 cups of milk. Add gelatin while pudding is hot. Add 1/4 teaspoon of flavoring and nuts. Let set until cool and partially firm. Whip cream and fold in. Pour into very lightly greased or oiled molds, or pour into fancy individual serving dishes. Add the berries just before serving. Serves 6 to 8.
