PISTACHIO DREAM CAKE 
FIRST LAYER:

1 1/4 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts

Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes in 9x13 inch pan sprayed with Pam (or glass dish).

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 of 9 oz. Cool Whip

Mix with beater and spread over cool crust.

THIRD LAYER:

2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
3 c. milk

Mix and spread over cream cheese. Chill at least 10 minutes. Put remaining Cool Whip on top and garnish with chopped nuts. Enjoy! Chocolate instant pudding may be used also.
