CHOW MEIN HOTDISH 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped

Brown and pour off fat. Add: 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can chicken rice soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. chow mein noodles 1 can water chestnuts (or 1/2 c. cashew nuts)

Mix well. Cover with remaining chow mein noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes, until heated through.
