SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
Fresh garlic, as much as you like
Olive oil, as much as needed
2-3 stalks celery, chopped
8-10 fresh tomatoes or 1 lg. and 1 sm. can of tomatoes
1 regular can tomato puree
1/2 tsp. sugar
Basil, oregano, celery seed, to taste
Few shakes of cayenne pepper

Heat tomato puree and tomatoes; add basil, oregano, salt, sugar, cayenne pepper and celery seed.

Head olive oil in skillet; cook garlic, onion and celery; add to sauce. Brown meat; add to sauce. Saute mushrooms in olive oil; add to sauce. Add additional ingredients as desired. Simmer, covered, at least 1 hour before serving.
