CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
1ST LAYER:

1 c. plain flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans

2ND LAYER:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 lg. container Cool Whip

3RD LAYER:

2 sm. pkg. chocolate pudding (may use instant)

Combine plain flour and nuts; mix well. Add melted butter and mix well. Pat mixture into bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool completely.

Cream together sugar and cream cheese. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cooled 1st layer. Prepare pudding as directed on box. Let cooked pudding cool and pour over 2nd layer. Garnish with chocolate chips and chopped nuts if desired.
