CHOCOLATE COVERED PEANUTS 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
2 1/2 c. roasted peanuts, blanched or with red skins

Melt chocolate pieces in top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water. Add peanuts to melted chocolate and stir to coat. Turn out on waxed paper, spreading so the peanuts are separated as much as possible. Allow these to cool.
