ZUCCHINI PIE 
3 c. zucchini, peeled & sliced like apples for a pie
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. lemon juice

TOPPING INGREDIENTS:

1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
1 tsp. cinnamon

Fill pie crust with zucchini which has been drenched with the cinnamon and lemon juice. Then combine topping ingredients and mix until crumbly. Pour over pie and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
