MARGARET ACKERMAN ICE'S STUFFED
PORK CHOPS
 
4 pork chops
3 c. bread cubes or croutons
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/3 c. water

Brown chops on both sides, drain. Mix all ingredients. Place on top of each chop. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
