WILD RICE AND HAM CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. long grain rice (6 oz. Uncle Bens' wild and white blend)
20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
12 oz. cubed ham (2 cups) or more
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 4 oz.
1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery or mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Chopped onion, 1 tsp. and season to taste

Cook rice according to package directions. Spread over bottom of greased 9x12 inch baking dish. Par cook broccoli in small amount of water about 3 minutes. Drain and layer over rice. Sprinkle ham over broccoli, then cover with cheddar cheese. Combine and mix soup, mayonnaise and mustard, spread over cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
