ZITI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ziti
1 container (1 lb.) Ricotta cheese
1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, diced
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
3/4 tsp. salt or to taste
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 c. meat sauce

Cook ziti and drain. Follow directions on label. While ziti is cooking, make filling; combine Ricotta, Mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, salt and pepper in large bowl. Layer ziti, filling, meat sauce in a 13x9x2 baking dish, starting and ending with meat sauce.

Bake at 350°F. for 40 minutes or until bubbly hot.
