BANANA BREAD 
3 ripe or overripe bananas
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. melted butter

Mash bananas, add sugar and egg. Mix flour, baking soda and salt. Add to banana mixture and melted butter. Pour into greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
