TURKEY BURGERS 
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
1 tsp. basil
1 lb. ground turkey
3-4 onion rolls
3-4 slices aged Swiss cheese
6-8 slices cooked bacon

Crush garlic clove. Saute in olive oil with minced onion. Let mix cool.

Combine onion and garlic. Mix with parsley, basil, and ground turkey. Form 3-4 round patties. Grill or broil. Avoid pressing juice out of patties as your cook them. Toast rolls. Top burgers with cheese and 2 slices crisp bacon.
