MUESLI 
1 1/8 c. old fashioned oats, uncooked
3/8 c. raisins, chopped prunes or chopped dried apricots
1/4 c. wheat germ, unprocessed bran or chopped roasted nuts
5/8 c. milk
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. honey
1/8 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover; refrigerate overnight. Mix well; serve with brown sugar and milk or cream, as desired.
