HUNGARIAN NATIONAL SALAD 
4 peeled boiled potatoes
3 tomatoes
2 green peppers

Slice potatoes, tomatoes and green peppers in thin slices. Alternate in deep dish. Pour dressing over top.

DRESSING:

3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika

Mix together.
