RAKOTT KRUMPLI (Hungarian
Layered Casserole)
 
3 lbs. potatoes
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
6 hard boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 c. sour cream
6 oz. ham, boiled
6 oz. sausage
1 tbsp. paprika

Drop potatoes in their skins in water to cover with 1 tablespoon salt. Cook until fork tender. Peel, if desired, and slice potatoes.
