LAYERED DINNER 
6 c. potatoes, sliced thin
Salt
Pepper
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. sliced carrots
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 c. shredded sharp cheese

Place potatoes in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange corn over potatoes, then green pepper, onion and carrots. Crumble beef over vegetables and season with salt and pepper. Pour tomato sauce over this.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours or until carrots are soft. Uncover and sprinkle cheese over top. Let stand 10-15 minutes.
