SIX LAYER DINNER 
2 c. thinly sliced potatoes
2 c. sliced celery
1 lb. hamburger or leftover ham
1 c. sliced onions
1 c. sliced green peppers
2 c. canned tomatoes

In greased shallow 8x12 inch baking dish, arrange in layers sliced potatoes, celery, hamburger, onions, green peppers, and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Bake about 2 hours at 325 degrees. Better the next day reheated. Makes 6 servings.
