LAYERED MEXICAN HOTDISH 
1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 med. onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 sm. can diced chilies
1 c. sour cream
1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown hamburger with chopped onion. Sprinkle on taco seasoning. Add in tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes and chilies. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Put about 1/4 cup sauce in bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Make several layers of tortillas, sauce and cheese. Before last layer - spread sour cream over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
