JIFFY FUDGE 
18 oz. chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. walnuts, chopped

Heat chocolate in double boiler to melt. Add milk and vanilla. Mix, but don't beat. Stir in nuts. Spread in a 9 x 9 inch pan lined with waxed paper. Refrigerate to firm up. Cut in squares.
