TAHITIAN CHICKEN 
1 whole chicken, cut into serving pieces
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. orange juice concentrate, thawed from frozen (do not dilute)

1. Brown chicken on cookie sheet at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.

2. Combine juice, melted butter, ginger and soy sauce.

3. Brush chicken with mixture.

4. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Baste with orange mixture until chicken is glazed.
