GREEN PEPPER STEAK 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. round steak, cut in strips
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 onion, cut in strips
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. water
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1 1/2 tsp. oil
2 c. beef bouillon

Cut steak up and brown in oil. Add garlic salt and bouillon water. Cover tightly and simmer until tender (1 hour). Blend cornstarch, soy sauce, and water; add to meat, stirring until thick. Add peppers and onion; simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
