DIPPED CHOCOLATES 
ix and divide into four batches:

2 lbs. powdered sugar
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 c. chopped nuts

se these different flavorings for the batches:

1/4 c. chopped and drained maraschino cherries
Peppermint extract (to taste)
1 tsp. lemon juice and peel
1 tsp. orange peel
1 tsp. maple flavoring

Add a flavoring to each batch of powdered sugar mixture and roll into balls the size of small walnuts.

elt in top of double boiler:

4 c. chocolate chips
1/3 bar paraffin

Dip candy in hot mixture using toothpicks. Cool on waxed paper lined cookie sheets in refrigerator. Makes 14 to 16 dozen chocolates.
