2 c. flour (all-purpose) 4 eggs 1 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon Mix eggs and milk in a blender. Add remaining ingredients in blender until no lumps remain. Heat oil in frying pan (so it is well coated). Add enough dough to lightly cover pan (spread thinly). When one side is lightly browned, turn with spatula and lightly brown the other side. They may be kept hot in a warm oven. May be eaten as a pancake or rolled up with your favorite filling. |
