CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry flavored Jello
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped

Combine Jello and hot water until Jello is dissolved. Add cranberry sauce and sour cream. Mix with a rotary egg beater or a wire whisk for best results. Fold in oranges and nuts and pour into a 5 cup ring mold. Refrigerate until set.
