EASY COCONUT PIE 
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup self-rising flour
1-3/4 cup sugar
1/2 block butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups milk
7-oz. can coconut

Mix sugar and butter until smooth. Add eggs, flour, milk and vanilla. Stir in coconut. Pour into two 9-inch greased pie pans.

Bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
