OVERNIGHT LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef (hamburger)
2 cans spaghetti sauce
2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (1 lb.) pkg. mini or reg. lasagna noodles
1/2 c. water

Brown and drain hamburger. Add spaghetti sauce, salt and pepper. Layer hamburger mixture, noodles and cheese in a 9x13-inch pan. Pour water around edges of pan; cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour, covered.
