BEEF CHOW MEIN 
1 can dried noodles (chow mein noodles)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup (golden)
2 sticks celery, coarsely cut
1 lb. round steak, cubed in sm. pieces
1 jar mushrooms, sliced and drained
1 can sm. water chestnuts, drained
1 can LaChoy Chinese vegetables
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. water

Saute celery and meat in 1 tablespoon of cooking oil; add vegetables and 1/2 cup water and simmer 45 minutes. Serve over noodles.
