BEEF AND CHEESE CRESCENT PIE 
1 1/4 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
8 oz. can (1 c.) tomato sauce
8 oz. can (1 c.) green beans
1/4 tsp. cumin seed
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 can crescent rolls
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 c. shredded cheese

Brown ground beef, onion and pepper. Stir in tomato sauce, beans and spices. Simmer. Place rolls in 8 inch pie pan. Combine egg and 1 cup cheese. Spread over crust. Spoon meat over mix. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 20-25 minutes.
