CHICKEN FILLED CREPES 
See recipe for Basic Crepe Batter, page

2 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into strips
1/2 lb. cooked ham, cut into strips
1/3 c. sweet chili peppers, cut into strips
1/2 c. grated Parmesan or Mozzarella cheese
1 pt. sour cream

Coat the inside of each crepe with a thin layer of sour cream. Place chicken, ham, and pepper strips on crepes. Fold over sides. Mix remaining sour cream with 1/2 cup milk. Pour over crepes. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in moderate 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until cheese melts. Serves 8-10 people.
