CREAMY BROCCOLI SOUP 
3 c. broccoli flowers
1 med. onion, chopped
1 carrot, shredded
1/4 c. butter
2 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
White pepper

Saute broccoli, onion, and carrots in butter. Stir in milk and soup. Cook just until heated through. Sprinkle with pepper and paprika. Makes 4 cup.
