TABOULEH 
1 c. bulgur
2 c. boiling water
4 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. olive oil
2 med. ripe tomatoes, chopped
3 tbsp. minced parsley
1/2 sm. red onion, chopped
2 green onions, including tops, chopped fine
1/4 tsp. coriander
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce

1. Place bulgur in large bowl and pour boiling water over, cover and let stand for 30 minutes. Drain off any liquid that remains.

2. In another bowl mix remaining ingredients. Add bulgur and toss well to mix.
