CHICKEN CRUNCH 
6 chicken breasts, cooked and deboned
1 stick butter
1 carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
40 Ritz crackers

Mix chicken soup and sour cream. Pour over chicken breast; dot with butter. Crumble crackers on top and cook at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until bubbly.
