PIZZA CASSEROLE (MICROWAVE) 
1 lb. hamburger or ground turkey
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. green pepper
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
3/4 c. (3 oz.) chopped pepperoni
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. water
2 c. uncooked noodles
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Crumble hamburger in 4-quart microwavable casserole dish, add chopped onion. Microwave 100% power for 3 minutes. Break meat up with fork. Microwave another 1 1/2 to 3 minutes on 100% power or until meat is fully cooked. Drain grease off. Add remaining ingredients except the cheeses. Microwave on 100% for 5 minutes in covered casserole dish. Stir. Cook another 5 minutes, covered. Microwave for third 5 minutes on high power. Stir.

If noodles aren't tender, cook another 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle the Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese on top of noodle mixture. Microwave on 100% power for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes uncovered. 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
