CHICKEN WITH MUENSTER CHEESE 
8 chicken breasts, sprinkle with garlic
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 lg. onion
1 Contidena seasoned bread crumbs
3 eggs
1 1/4 lb. Muenster cheese

Soak chicken breasts in egg for 1 hour. Bread chicken, then brown in vegetable oil until brown. Saute mushrooms and onions in butter. Layer 9 x 13 greased pan with chicken, you may cut chicken in smaller pieces if you wish. Sprinkle mushrooms and onions over chicken. Sprinkle cheese on top. Repeat if enough, end with cheese on top. Pour liquid chicken broth over top. Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes until bubbly.
