BOOTLEG PORK & BEANS 
3 strips bacon
1 chopped onion
1 can (15 oz.) pork & beans
1 tbsp. brown sugar or honey
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. catsup

Dice bacon and fry. When about done, add onion and saute. Pour off most of grease and add pork and beans, brown sugar, vinegar and catsup. Stir well. Bake slowly in 300 degree oven for 2 hours. (I use a slow cooker crock pot.)
