PORK & BAKED BEANS 
1 1/2 lbs. pork loin or shoulder
2 cans Joan of Arc beans, drained
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. water

Cut the pork into bite-size pieces. Mix all ingredients together. Put in a small roaster and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours.
