CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES IN
REVERSE
 
1 c. butter, softened
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
3/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. white chocolate chips

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. In separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in nuts and white chips. Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 9 minutes. Let cool 1 minute before removing to cooling rack. 4 dozen.
