ICE CREAM CAKE 
1 stick butter
25 Oreo cookies, crushed
1 jar Hershey's Double chocolate fudge
1/2 gal. soft vanilla ice cream

Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch glass pan. Spread crushed cookies evenly on bottom of pan. Cut ice cream with warm knife and spread on top of cookies. Microwave chocolate and spread on top of ice cream. Place in freezer overnight or until ice cream is frozen.

Variations: Use butter pecan ice cream. Between cookie and ice cream layers, put sliced bananas or sliced strawberries.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
