MAMA'S CORN 
Several ears of corn, enough to fill skillet
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1/2 c. fried meat grease
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. sugar

Cut corn off of cob and put in skillet. Add salt, pepper, fried meat grease, butter and water. Cook until tender. May have to add more water. After water cooks out add milk, flour and sugar and cook few minutes longer.
