SNOWBALL CAKE 
3 pkg. Dream Whip
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
4 tbsp. cold water
1 c. sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
Lg. can of crushed pineapple
1 can of coconut
1 c. hot water
1 angel food cake, crumbled

Dampen gelatin with cold water. Pour in 1 cup hot water and dissolve. Add sugar, pineapple and lemon juice to this. Chill until thickened. Whip 2 packages of Dream Whip and add to mixture.

Crumble 1/2 cake into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with 1/2 of mixture. Then remaining cake and mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Next day, whip 1 package Dream Whip. Spread on top and cover with coconut and cherries.
